SOFTE a fruit juice and fruit concentrate processing company for brand ‘TEJU’ and a subsidiary of Uganda Development Cooperation (UDC) is sourcing for distributors across the country.

We therefore invite applications for the respective geographical territories below:
1. Central Region:
2. Eastern Region:
3. Northern Region:
4. Western Region:
5. West Nile Region
6. Mid Western Region

• The prospective distributor should be a limited liability company or a registered business and ready to offer distribution services under its business name.

• Legal Documents: Certificate of Incorporation/registration certificate, Trading license, URA registration certificate for TIN, VAT and Income Tax, Articles of Association,

• Directors’ personal ID documents (Passport copy / driving license)

• Recommendation from Business associates/ referees/ Local Councils.• Brief company profile / Business plan.

• Working capital of UGX 20m minimum

• Distribution capability – Truck, Tri-cycle, Push cart, Bicycles, Trolleys etc. as may be dictated by the area,
• Strategic storage space for 2,500 to 5,000 cartons / boxes depending on the area,
• Office equipment,
• Human Resource – staff.
